SiteOrigin Premium for WordPress multiside

Hi,
For WordPress multiside which SiteOrigin Premium version is suitable?
How can I easily transfer all settings to the other pages?
The pages are according to directories and always the same.
Installed is: Themes Vantage
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle,Page Builder by SiteOrigin, MetaSlider,

Settings are only possible with the free version on one page?
On other pages of Multiside Customise does not work?
Work with that SiteOrigin Premium?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brigitte,

It really depends on how many sites will be available on your multisite. If it’s just a few, I would use the business license as it allows you to use that license on five websites. If the network has more than that, I would use a developer license as that’ll allow you use the license on an unlimited number of sites.

There’s currently no simple interface for sharing SiteOrigin Premium settings between sites. I’ve logged this as a feature request. Sorry mate. :( If you’re familiar with PHP, I can provide suggestions on how to have a single set of settings but it’ll require writing code to accomplish.

  2. Hi Alex,
    Thanks for the info,
Yes i can work with php.
If I have the buy business license, can I upgrade to developer license later?
    What I pay?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brigitte,

Yes, it’s possible to upgrade to a developer license.
You’ll pay a pro-rata amount which is based on how long you’ve had the license and the cost of the upgrade. For reference, here are the upgrade steps:

    1. Log into the SiteOrigin Order dashboard: Page: Dashboard
    2. Click Order History.
    3. Click View Licenses.
    4. Click View Upgrades.
    5. Click Upgrade License next to the desired license type.

  4. Hi Alex,
I bought the license and activated it.
Unfortunately, Themes – Customizer still does not work (on the second multiside)
on the primary side it is ok.
Also missing between Menus and About Vantage background.
When i click on customizer it comes only “you are customising”and a blank page.

But I want all the settings of the theme from the primary page and if possible always for all other multisides, they are all the same.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brigitte,

That’s odd. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

  7. Hi, Alex
    Have sent the access,
the error is caused by the plugin “amr shortcode any widget”. if you do it, Customizer will work on the second site as well.
Please install the change if possible (PHP) so that in the future all settings of the theme are automatically the same.
    Many Thanks
    Brigitte

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brigitte,

That’s odd. I just tried that plugin (I’ve used it before with our themes) and it seemed to work without issue. Are you able to replicate this issue with all non-SiteOrigin plugins disabled, except AMR Shortcodes any widget?

Regarding keeping settings the same, I’ll log that as a feature request. I would recommend using something like Customizer Export/Import to move the settings over a little more easily. Sorry mate. :(

  9. Hi, Alex
If I disable the plugin I can adjust everything synonymous with the customizer export / import it works fine.
Then I activate the plugin again, the customize I use only once.
That’s ok for my application, so I do not want to search any further.
Thank you very much for your information.
    Brigitte
