SiteOrigin Post Carousel wont display image

Hello there,
im new to website knowledge especially to wordpress. since i have my onw website using wordpress, i’ve installed siteOrigin Carousel , but something isnt right, iv’ve noticed that the display feature image wont shown up. i have no idea what’s the problem there. is there any solution what’s the problem there?

Btw, i really like your plugin especially it’s help for newbie like me.

    Sorry for the wait. We’re busy catching up with support for our free users.

    It looks like some posts or pages in the carousel are missing featured images. Featured images are added in the right column when editing a post. Could you perhaps check the posts with missing images indeed have featured image added?
