siteorigin-panels Plug in disappeared and the page builder tab is gone from the pages tab.

Hi, Ive been working with page builder and it was perfect, however today the tab was gone and the plug in is missing from my plug in list, I have tried installing it again but I get the following message “Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas12_data02/03/41830403/html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/

Plugin installation failed.”

But it is not in my plug ins to uninstall or activate.
Can you please help me with this.

    Hi Aviv,

    This is a sign of a failed plugin update. To fix this issue you’re going to have to reinstall the plugin. Unfortunately, there’s no way to reinstall the plugin via WordPress. You’ll need to use FTP to remove the plugin to be able to do that – if you need help with this I would reach out to your hosting provider.

    Once connected, please navigate to your WordPress directory and go to wp-content/plugins and delete siteorigin-panels. Then please navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
