Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your setup?

Hi Jeri,
Unfortunately, you’ve experienced a WordPress update issue. Basically, the update didn’t complete correctly and the plugin has corrupted so you’ll need to manually reisntall the plugin. To do this, you’ll need to FTP into your website and navigate to wp-content/plugins and delete siteorigin-panels. If you need help with doing this, please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
Once deleted, please open your website and navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
How do i delete the siteorigin account?
Hi Jeri,
Please navigate to WP AdminUsersYour Profile and find the SiteOrigin Account. Hover over the SiteOrigin Account name and then click Delete.
