Siteorigin Page Builder Working on One Site But Not The Other

I have sitebuilder on both of my sites, a wonderful tool. Sadly, on my secondary site, it gives me this error, “Delete Duplicate
Unknown error. Failed to load the form. Please check your internet connection, contact your web site administrator, or try again later.”

My first site, hosted by 0fees.us, works fine. The second, hosted by GoDaddy, does not.

All my settings seem the same, I’ve tried turning off and back on my plugins, even uninstalling and reinstalling them. I reinstalled WordPress completely. I used Health Check, another WordPress Program, to look for the issue. After everything is disabled and I turn on the Site Origin Page Builder plugin, it still gives this error. Using the console, I find no errors in my JavaScript. I cleared my cookies, my cache, still nothing.

I’m driving myself up a wall. I’m nowhere near a coding expert – I’m mostly front-end web design. Even worse, my first site is still working fine. Could it be my hosting? Does GoDaddy have a vendetta against Site Origin? The widget pack from Site Origin works fine on both my sites.

If anyone has any advice besides “check your plugins again”, please do let me know. I appreciate the help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Theo,

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing. Thank you for the information on what you’ve tried – that rules out most of the common causes for issues and some less common causes. Would it be possible for us to create a backup of your website for code level tests?

    Alex,

We managed to pinpoint the issue. I found out we actually switched hosting to CloudFlare. We’re checking folder permissions tonight but I will update you if anything changes, as well as give you admin info if needed.

    Thank you for the help.

    Hi Theo,

Thank you for the information. That’s odd, please keep us updated as we’ve never come across this sort of information so we’re really intrigued as to what’s going on.

It ended up being an encryption issue with CloudFlare. After turning encryption off, the issue was fixed and we were able to proceed as normal. An odd thing to happen, but it’s fixed all the same.

    Hi Theo,

Oh, that’s good not! Can you please elaborate on the exact functionality disabled? I ask as this will give us a better idea of why this is happening and should hopefully allow us to work towards fixing/resolving this issue.
