    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Tan,

Do you happen to use a ThemeTrust or a Think Up Theme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder that have reported faults with the latest version of WordPress. We recommend directly contacting those theme developers if you’re using any of their themes that come bundled with a forked page builder.

Please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder installed. If you are, let’s try a plugin conflict test.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Sorry to disturb you Alex, i already tried to deactivate all my plugins one by one to find out the clashed one, but too bad the result was the same.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

I’m having the same problem. Tried updating Site Origin PageBuilder and I got this error:

Update Failed: 403 Forbidden Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
