SiteOrigin Page Builder not working with new pages?

The SiteOrigin plugin does not work when I try to add new pages to my website in WordPress. The possibility “Live editor” has disappereard in the new page and so has the toolbox in the “text editor”

I have tried to disactivate all plugins except for the SiteOrigin Plugin, but I experience the same problem (the live editor and the toolbox in the text editor have vanished)

Has anybody experienced the same problem? if so, have you found a solution and what is the solution?

    Hi Samanta,

    To confirm, you deactivated all plugins except SiteOrigin Page Builder and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle? Did temporarily changing to a different theme help?

    Can you please send me a screenshot of your interface? Please note that we currently don’t include the ability to upload attachments on the forums so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like imgur or vgy.me.
