SiteOrigin Page Builder is not working

Hi Siteorigin team,

My name is Carl and My website is http://carlbrooks.com

On my website I am using Vantage Premium Theme. I have purchased Vantage Theme on 12th Oct 2014.

I have been using SiteOrigin Page builder since last few months. I never had any problems on my website with the content display on the front end but since yesterday, I am getting the following errors:

1. Page is being designed using SiteOrigin Page Builder.
2. I could see the contents and modules in the backend.
3. When I check the front end, content is not displaying. Only the page title is showing.
4. I have temporarily disabled SiteOrigin Page builder plugin but still I don’t see the full content which are there inside the wp page editor.

I have performed following actions before sending you this support ticket:

1. Disabled all plugins (except site origin plugins)
2. Disabled Vantage theme and used WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
3. Cleared the cache on the browser and on the website.
4. Removed all caching plugins from the website.
5. Consulted web host but they are saying everything is working fine at their end.

I am happy to create a wp-admin login for you.

Please let me know whether I need to install any patch with siteorigin page builder plugin to solve the “content is not appearing error”.

My website is having all latest version of WordPress CMS, Themes and plugins.

I have also tried to install Siteorigin 2.5.9 and 2.5.10 versions but the error still persists.

Please reply ASAP since my website is down since yesterday.

    I have paid for Vantage theme and currently having an error with your site builder plugin. Can you please let me know when someone can reply to my this thread? My website is down since last 3 days. http://carlbrooks.com.

    I am a premium (paid) customer but still not getting any replies from you guys. Can anyone please reply fast?
