SiteOrigin Page Builder crashes my admin dashboard

I recently updated my SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin and now I get an “Forbidden” page error when I try edit any pages or posts.

I also cannot go into the theme customizer as I now get a 500 Internal Server Error.

When I deactivate the plugin then these work fine but my pages are all messed up.

Siteorigin Widget Bundle plugins also causing issues. I get an “Forbidden” page error when I go to Appearance -> Widgets.

It seems Mod Security does not like the new versions? Can I roll back my Siteorigin versions?

How can I solve this problem?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for posting.

Please, try contacting your hosts to see if they can offer feedback. We, unfortunately, can’t replicate the issue on any of our servers. ModSecurity rules aren’t uniform so it’s hard to know what the false positive is that has been triggered.

You can rollback using https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/. Previous versions are also available on WordPress.org via the Advanced view. For example https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/advanced/.
