SiteOrigin Page Builder adds unwanted line-break Woocommerce Product

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

Hi there,

For some reason the SiteOrigin Page builder seems to add an unwanted line-break

to my products if they are displayed using a woocommerce shortcode.

Example:
https://brandtkaarsen.nl/en/home/

On this page you can see 6 products displayed, with a gap between the top of the product and the image, and the bottom of the product and the ‘add to basket’ button.

The extra line-breaks are not added on pages where I don’t use the SiteOrigin Page builder.

Example:
https://brandtkaarsen.nl/en/shop/

On this page you don’t see any spaces between the top and the image and the bottom and the button.

I checked the code using Chrome’s page-source and you can clearly see a

added to the products on the pages where I use the SiteOrigin Page builder.

Looking forward to your reply!

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Are the shortcodes added using an Editor widget? If so, check that the auto paragraph option isn’t set at the bottom left. You can also change that globally from PluginsSiteOrigin WidgetsSiteOrigin Editor: Settings.
