SiteOrigin Page Builder – Access Denied when saving page

Hi there,

I am having an issue – when creating a page, adding siteorigin widgets, then clicking publish or save in wordpress – comes up with access denied message.

Says I dont have permission to make changes.

Saving pages without siteorigin is fine.

What do i need to check?

    Hi JC

    When the issue occurs, try opening the console. Here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. Is the error a 403 error? If so, try contacting your hosts, let them know about the issue, perhaps send a screenshot of the console. Kindly, ask them to check for a possible ModSecurity or similar false positive.
