SiteOrigin only working on certain pages, anyone have insight on this?

To be more specific…there are several webpages that work seamlessly, but the on certain one, it appears that the live editor option disappears and there is no option to access it on the “backend” page builder.

Has anyone faced this issue?

Please help!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi,

Are you using the Block Editor or the Classic Editor? The SiteOrigin Layout block, which is only available with the Block Editor, doesn’t support the Live Editor at this time due to the Block Editor acting as the Live Editor.

If this issue is affecting the Classic Editor, or if you’re you’re not sure if you’re using the Block Editor or not, can you please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you edit the page without the Live Editor option? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi,

Thank you for the screenshot. The provided screenshot is of the Block Editor so the Live Editor won’t be available.
You can install the Classic Editor plugin if you would like to disable the Block Editor and return to using the Classic Editor

    Hi Omoniyitheday,

We’re currently working on a migration system that should hopefully allow for this to be possible in the near future.
