SiteOrigin not working my theme

Hi.
I installed “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle”.
But it doesn’t work with my original theme.
I can use the editor, but SiteOrigin’s CSS does not load.
Such as “Twenty Nineteen” is loaded CSS properly.
How can I make it work on my theme?
