SiteOrigin not working anymore on wordpress 5.1

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

Hey guys, I updated my wordpress, theme (Moesia) and SiteOrigin plugins and on existing pages I only see the “raw” code when i want to edit them, I can’t clic on “Visual” tab, it doesn’t work and it doesn’t switch to visual.

It is working on new pages but not on the ones I created in wordpress 4.x . If I disable the SiteOrigin plugin I am seeing the block editor. I tried installing the classic editor to see if it changes anything but no luck.

If you want to check it out I can create a temporary account on my website.

Thanks in advance !

    Hi

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

Try the following, leave the Classic Editor and Page Builder enabled and temporarily deactivate all other plugins, is there any change in the problem?

Hey Andrew, thanks for the tip. It’s YOAST that is creating this issue… It’s really weird because i’m sure it’s used widely. I tried deleting the YOAST plugin and reinstalling it but the problem remains. Have you heard about this issue or I’m the only one experiencing it ?
    Regards,

I’m testing with Yoast activated, at the moment I don’t see a problem. To confirm the conflict, temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and Yoast and then re-test. Thanks.
