SiteOrigin not showing Page Builder Tab

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

I am new to website building. I installed the SiteOrigin plugin and activated it, but it is not showing up on my ‘Edit Page’ page. There is supposed to be a tab called ‘Page Builder’ next to the tabs ‘Visual’ and ‘Text’ but it is not there. I have tried a few things to trouble shoot it. I deactivated all plugins and just activated the SiteOrigin plugin and still it does not work. I have also double checked that I have the correct plugin and that I updated the files.

    Hi Robyn

Hopefully, you’ve made some progress on this challenge. If not, try going to SettingsPage Builder. In the first tab, ensure that Pages are enabled as a post type. If this isn’t helpful then try deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and also activate a default theme like Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen. Does this make any difference to the problem?
