Hello,
I thank you in advance for the fruit of your work that you offer us and for your indispensable widget.
I am having an error with the SiteOrigin editor. Widgets appear as code in my page and not as a widget.
Thank you for your reply.
cordially
Hi Prodmov,
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io or FireFox Send (FireFox is not required).
Hello,
I disabled all widgets except SiteOrigin, but nothing has changed. The Widget appears as a code, as you can see under “Accueil“.
Thank you for your reply.
Cordially.
Hi Prodmov,
To confirm, does this issue occur when using a different theme?
If so, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
