SiteOrigin issues with mobile version

Hello,

I’ve been encountering some issues in the last few days with SiteOrigin, when adding changes for example to me sidebar, the mobile version it does not show up (PC version it does).

After trying many features, I think that it conflicts either with WordPress or my theme (Voyager), how could I know where the problem or conflict comes from?

I have the free version, but I was thinking on getting the paid one; but first of all I want to make sure that it works fine with my site.

Thanks,

Ade

    Hi Caracol

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Andrew,

I manage to fix the issue about the mobile version, but I cannot change anymore the way the blog posts and pages are showing (appareance, related posts, etc) from my site:https://www.caracolviajero.com.es/blog/

Same sort of pages are displaying different examples: Incorret one https://www.caracolviajero.com.es/blog/viajar-a-malasia/
    Correct one https://www.caracolviajero.com.es/blog/viajar-a-australia/

I’m trying to play with the SiteOrigin Page Builder but I am not too sure if the conflict is why my theme, but if I make any changes these are not displayed. To be honest, I do not know where the problem comes from. Also, I have the classic editor (if that helps you find the problem)

    Thanks,

    Ade

    Hi, I Work Here

    HI Ade

Thanks for your feedback; I’m glad to hear you’re making progress.

The incorrect post linked above looks to have an empty slider at the top of the page. Unfortunately, we can’t directly assist with third-party plugins or theme issues. Your caching/performance plugin may be interfering with your related posts. Try clearing LiteSpeed and temporarily deactivating the plugin.

If you’re working with Page Builder on your Blog page, kindly note that changes won’t be displayed. Once a page is assigned as the Posts Page from SettingsReading, only the post feed is shown. Perhaps that’s the issue? You can deselect the Posts Page and use the SiteOrigin Blog Widget if that’s the case.

    Thanks

    Andrew

    Hi,

Thanks very much for your reply, but I got lost with your last suggestion:

    – *If you're working with Page Builder on your Blog page, kindly note that changes won't be displayed. Once a page is assigned as the Posts Page from SettingsReading, only the post feed is shown. Perhaps that's the issue? You can deselect the Posts Page and use the SiteOrigin Blog Widget if that's the case*

I've found that the SideBar with the Widget has the following issue: *The
"sow-editor" block has been affected by bugs and may not work properly.
Check with the developer tools for details.*

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ade

    Thanks for your feedback.

Where are you inserting the SiteOrigin Blog Widget?

Unfortunately, I’m unsure why the Editor Widget has encountered an issue. I can’t replicate the issue at this time. Unfortunately, the Widgets Block Editor interface is quite unstable in our experience. You could perhaps try inserting another Editor Widget and see if the issue persists, or perhaps insert a core Text Block instead.
