SiteOrigin Image widget only displays images at full width

Ive never encountered this before but for some reason the Image widget is setting all images to full width no matter what I do. I can change the size to thumbnail and its still full width. The row is not set to full width stretch, it is however set to full width. It doesnt matter what I do, I can change the row settings or the image settings and it continues to diplay images at full width. Has this issue ever come up?

Im using Page Builder with The7 theme. Ive built a lot of websites with this theme installed with Page Builder and Ive never had this problem.
