Hello, the SiteOrigin Image widget is failing to show a simple image on a mobile device. I’ve tried checking and unchecking bound/full width, but nothing works. I’ve tried Safari and Chrome on iPhone 7 Plus.

Thank you.
Hi Alec,
I’ve had a look at your website and the issue you’re facing appears to be a general issue with the image you’re using:

You’re likely still seeing the image on your computer still due to browser caching it – here’s how to clear your browser cache.
I would double check the permissions of this image or try using a different image to see if it’s an issue with that one specific image.
Hi Alex,
I think you might be mistaken. I’ve cleared my cache and the image reloads normally. I’ve also called four friends at four different IP addresses and they seem to see the image as well. The only place it’s not showing up is on mobile devices.
What can I do? Permissions on the image are RW for all groups and public.
Hi Alec,
Unfortunately, I’m unable to view your image on desktop or mobile. Something is preventing that image from working in certain situations – this is why you can’t view the image on mobile. What that something we’re not too sure. You can verify that this issue is not directly related to SiteOrigin by opening the image you’re using directly in the browser while on mobile:

I get this error message when I view the above image:
I see this when I view your website:
I would recommend reaching out your hosting provider as they likely have a better idea of what’s going on.
