Siteorigin Image Widget – image not resizing on mobile.

I’ve searched the forum and found similar issues with other images but couldn’t find a specific answer to this.
I am using the Zerif light theme and have three widget areas at the bottom of the home page.
I am using the Siteorigin Image widget to insert a logo on the right and left areas. I have made both images full size ( I tried thumbnail but it didn’t help). I thought they would resize when on mobile but they don’t.
It is not a huge deal but is this correct behaviour or have I done something wrong? I also have a Paypal snippet in the middle area. I don’t know if that is significant?

    Hi Sea,

    To clarify, have you enabled the bound and/or full-width settings in the SiteOrigin Image Widget?
