SiteOrigin Hero widget’s button problem

Hi,

The button is otherwise ok, but the text inside it doesn’t link, around it the button links. Odd. The source is:

<div class="ow-button-base ow-button-align-left">
::before
<a href="https://thelink.com" class="ow-button-hover" style>
<span>My link</span>
</a>
::after
</div>

Could the span tag be responsible and how can I get rid of it?

    Hi Katja,

    The <span> is normal and shouldn’t be causing you issues. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
