SiteOrigin Hero widget not working (only widget preview works)

I have clean the cache from both site as well as browser and disable all the plug ins as well. Its ridiculous that widget preview works perfectly and shows the result while live preview or updated page isn’t display the widget. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Nathasha

    Completely rule out conflicts:
    Please try testing with a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle deactivated, does the issue persist?

    Is there a JS error on the page. It’s a common issue that’ll break the Hero:
    If the issue does persist, what else do you have on the page? Do you have any scripts from Mailchimp etc. inserted into the page? Check for JavaScript errors in the console: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis.

    Is it a PHP memory limit issue?
    If there are no errors in the console in the live page then check to see what your WP PHP memory limit is set to, is it 40mb? If so, increase it. You can check with: https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/. You can increase PHP memory limit to WP as follows: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Thanks a lot for the reply. it turn out this is a theme specific problem and there is a different way of styling the home page than doing a random page. I was able to figure out the issue.Thanks a lot for take time. :)
