SiteOrigin Hero Widget background not extending to the top of the page

Hello,

I’m fairly new to this so excuse any complete amateurness but I want a header which would basically be a full screen background image with the title and subtitle of the page over it. I used the Hero widget but for some reason it leaves a white gap of a few inches in between the photo and the top menu bar. I can’t see any easy ways to solve this and I have almost zero knowledge of coding. I will post the address of the ‘About us’ page that it concerns.

Thanks in advance

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi David,

This spacing is being added by your theme. I’d like to help you with this issue, but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.

We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.

If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
