SiteOrigin Hero video not playing on mobile (Android)

Hi,
I am having the same issue. SiteOrigin Hero video file is playing fine on Desktop but not playing at all on mobile.

Hi Kim,
Google and Apple decided to disable auto-playing videos on mobile devices. You can confirm this via this Apple Doc and this Google Doc. Specifically:
