Hello!

When I use Site Origin Hero with a video background ther is no sound. How can I get the sound?

I have a video uploaded in media, and it has sound (it plays from media), doesn’t the widget offer playing sound of the video?

And another thing , in mobile the video is gone, how can i put an image to be displayed in the place of the video on mobile?

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have the sound playing at this time – sorry mate.

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at background so I can work out why it’s not playing on mobile for you?
