SIteOrigin Hero updates not appearing once its published

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue with the Site Origin Hero widget I have created the entire page but after publishing its the SiteOrigin Hero Widget updates are not visible but the Editor and Video Widgets are working. We are planning to upgrade to primum so if you can help me as soon as you can we can get it approved.

Note: I have cleared all Caches again tried but the issue is the same,

please help

    Thanks for posting your question.

    Updates not being visible can be due to a caching plugin or another level of caching, browser or hosting-based. Videos not displaying can be due to a number of factors. Please try checking for a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle to see if the issue persists.
