SiteOrigin Hero: two frames

Hi,

We use the widget SiteOrigin Hero on our website and we want to have several frames on the slider. But when I add a second frame, the slides disappear on our homepage (with 1 frame no problem). I still can see them on the preview, but not on our homepage.
How can we solve this?

    Hi Anneleen,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

      Hi Alex,
Our website is https://dtp-service.be/, but I probably have to create a temporary admin account for you so that you can take a look at what’s going on?

    Hi Anneleen,

I just had a look at your website and there doesn’t appear to be a slider with two frames. Is this the case? If so, can you please add one so I can inspect the resulting issue.

You just had a look at one frame, now I added a second frame (with no content), but now you can’t see any frame. Maybe there’s something wrong with the settings I create.

    Hi Anneleen,

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi Alex,

Yes, of course. This is the link https://tknk.io/4KSk, is this what you asked?
We used also other widgets (the frame is at the beginning)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Anneleen,

Thanks. I just tried the provided layout and it worked for me without issue so I suspect there’s something interfering with your slider.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you’re using a child theme, try using just the main theme to see if that helps.
