SiteOrigin Hero – the block moves to the right

8 years ago · Last reply by Illusionist 8 years ago

Good afternoon. I tried to make a block on the site page using this widget. But for some reason, when the page is opened, the block periodically jumps to the wire. The problem occurs when you scale and just when you open the page.

And how can you attach a photo here to show the problem more clearly?

    Hi Illusionist,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

If you would like to send us a screenshot you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

the very first block. There is a bug not always, sometimes it is necessary to update a couple of times the page, sometimes immediately moves away. And all the same when scaling. But it manifests itself very often.

    Hi Illusionist,

This looks like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If that doesn’t help, try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex S.

Thanks for the idea, somehow I did not immediately think about the plugin. I use only the tested set that is present on all sites and never failed.

Plugin Easy FancyBox proved to be the culprit for the conflict.

    Thanks for the help.
