Okay, so the issue here is that you’re hero settings prevent it from being responsive. Please try lowering the amount of padding you’re applying or use a dynamic unit of measurement instead of px – such as percentage based. Also, ideally, please do not set a height if at all possible.
With all of that said, I wouldn’t recommend using a hero widget for the type of image you’re looking to display. Instead, I would recommend using the SiteOrigin Image widget as that is responsive without having to worry about settings.
