Siteorigin hero image not shown on the home page

Hi,

I am trying to add a hero image widget on the homepage of my website. When I check on the preview everything looks normal but when the changes are saved, the hero image is not visible on the page.

Can you help me with this?

    Where are you adding the Hero widget? In a page via Page Builder or via a widget area?
