SiteOrigin Hero Background Video does not work

I’m having trouble fixing something that just stopped working all of the sudden. All I want is the video here: http://www.vidacraftmedia.com/about-us/ to repeat and autoplay in that exact size. I was using the “SiteOrigin Hero” plug-in and it was working great and it all the sudden just stopped…I’ve tried updating it, deleting the row and redoing it, changing all kinds of settings under Background Video. The video just does not show up at all..no video shows up, I tried some others as well, AND a Video URL. Any ideas? Thanks!

    I’m not too sure why this is happening. Can you please add a SiteOrigin Hero widget page so I can inspect the results?
