SiteOrigin Hero Background Video does not work

I’m having trouble fixing something that just stopped working all of the sudden. All I want is the video here: http://www.vidacraftmedia.com/about-us/ to repeat and autoplay in that exact size. I was using the “SiteOrigin Hero” plug-in and it was working great and it all the sudden just stopped…I’ve tried updating it, deleting the row and…
