Siteorigin google map not working

Good day, I’m using siteorigin google maps widget on these websites to show a location for “Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, College of Art and Built Environment, Kumasi, Ghana”. This location is available on google maps yet when i use it in the widget, it can’t find it. Im using an API key. Thank you

    Hi NOAH,

    Unfortunately, the Google Maps API database is separate to the maps.google.com database. This means with one, might not work with the other. The Google Maps API database typically works best with simple, yet very specific addresses. As such, I would try stripping words out of your address to try and be a specific as possible while still retaining the same possible location.

    I’m sorry this is something you have to worry about. I wish it wasn’t but we don’t really have any control over this sort of thing. :(
