SiteOrigin full width stretched doesn’t work all the time

The page only goes to full width stretched after a few refreshes, I really don’t know why this is happening. I have tried to read through different threads but got nothing.
the url is http://tcisabuja.ng/ for the slider you will see the space by the sides

    Thanks for posting. Full-width stretched works using JavaScript, in some rare instances it may clash with a plugin or the theme in use. I do seem to be able to get full-width stretched working with Educate, your theme, below is a screenshot.

    Have you perhaps tried testing with all non-SiteOrigin plugins disabled, temporarily?
