SiteOrigin Features Widget Will Not Centre Align

I’m trying to centre all of the content on this page:

At the moment it’s appearing left aligned and not spreading across the page, which is making the columns really narrow and thin.

I’m using the SiteOrigin Features widgets.

I’ve tried doing Full Width Stretched which went extreme the other way and centred it but it was way too wide.

    Hi Helen,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi Alex, yes I do – it’s copy-fox.com. The pages in particular are Our Services and Proudly Office-Free. Thank you for your help in advance!

    Hi Helen,

    So it looks like for whatever reason your rows are getting a large amount of padding / margin. Just to clarify, have you made any adjustments to either? If not, would it be possible for you to send me an export for this page (as in any page affected)? To do this open up the page with the widget, and click prebuilt. Then click import / export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Helen,

    So after testing the layouts and having the issues not be present I had another look at your website.

    Based on your markup, your website is meant to be in this style (read: off centered). To verify this you can override the default theme styling by adding the following custom CSS to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS:

    .col-md-9 {
    	float: none !important;
    	margin: 0 auto !important;
    }

    This is not an answer. It’s more or less a suggestion to review your theme settings to see if you can adjust this.
    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Hi Helen,

    Just to clarify, that’s not a be all end all solution. You should look to see if there’s an alternative method of resolving this “issue” as there may be compatibility issues that arise for my simple proof of concept fix. Contacting your theme developers would be a good idea.
