SiteOrigin Features and Hero Unresponsive

Hi, I’ve been having this issue all day and can’t for the life of me figure it out.

I’m trying to edit my website using PageBuilder, which has previously worked wonderfully but parts of it are now completely unresponsive. I can click ‘edit’ on the block no problem but anything labelled ‘Frame’ I can’t touch. For example when trying to edit my Hero image, I can change the text in the slider controls but under ‘Hero Frames’ I can’t click ‘add’ I can’t delete, I can’t duplicate…I can’t click on anything! I can’t even minimise the slider controls or design and layout. The same is happening when trying to edit anything with SiteOrigin Features.

I have deactivated all plugins and cleared the cache, but the issue remains. I’ve tried switching from my Bento Theme to Twenty Nineteen, cleared caches but it’s still unresponsive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, sorry to hear about the hassle.

To confirm, with Twenty Nineteen activated and all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated, a working baseline wasn’t found? If so, please try checking for console errors using your browser: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

You might also try another browser, just to confirm a local browser cache issue isn’t the problem.

    Hi Andrew,

That's no problem. I double checked by deactivating the plugins, trying a different browser etc. It looks like I've found that the culprit is
CloudFlare, which has been returning the site with a 522 Error recently.
I tested again by pausing CloudFlare and everything worked as it should,
with CloudFlare on it returns a few of these errors on the console:
'Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 522
    (Origin Connection Time-out)'.

Looks like there's some CloudFlare settings I might need to play with.

    Thanks for your help!
