SiteOrigin Editor Widgets not showing

I recently added a row on one of my pages which worked fine. The site itself looks the way it should. I must have selected something incorrectly when I tried to add another row and now the editor widgets are not showing. It is almost like they are hidden somewhere. The site still looks fine so I didn’t delete any of the content, but I can’t make any edits now. The only choice I have is to go to revert to editor, which shows part of my home page info, but not all of it. Let me know what other info I can provide. I am up to date on all plug-ins and wordpress updates.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Susan,

Can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Are you stating that this isn’t visible?

If so, please scroll to the top and click Screen Options. Is Page Builder ticked?
If not, can you please elaborate? A screenshot would be very appreciated – please upload any screenshots to a third party site such as vgy.me or imgur.

    Hi Alex,

Did you get the email with the screenshots or do I need to resend?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Susan,

Unfortunately, no. I haven’t received any other emails from you. Sorry about this!

Please note that we’re unable to process email attachments at this time so you’ll need to upload them to a third party image hosting site like vgy.me or imgur.

Looks like you aren’t getting this via email. Here is the info I sent you.

I have uploaded the screenshots you need.

The First link is a page that is showing correctly. Note that this is an example to show what I used to see on the page I am struggling with, but they are not the same page.

The second page is showing incorrectly. This is the page I am struggling with.

The last link is just showing the website page which is correct. At this point however, I can’t edit it and change anything because the edit boxes are gone.

Hoping I loaded them correctly and you can see them. I did verify that the page editor box is checked at the top of the page.

    Hi Susan,

Thanks. Just to confirm, the second image is for the third page, right?

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
