SiteOrigin Editor Visual/Text Tabs gone after update

I’ve read a few others having this issue after updating SO plugins. I took steps one-by-one and found that after updating to WordPress 4.8, then PageBuildiner 2.5.8, the SiteOrigins Editor worked fine with older Bundle version 1.8.1. I then updated to SO Bundle 1.9.4 and that’s when the Visual/Text tab disappears. I’ve cleared cache in browser and on website and it still the Editor is still not working properly. Any pther things I can try or is a bug-fix in the works? Thanks!

More info: When editing previously placed SO Editors, the Visual/Text tabs are missing. I added a new SO Editor widget and the tabs show up there in the newly placed widget, but not in the previously placed Editors. I dumped cache and tabs are still missing in the previously placed widgets.

Runnning PHP 5.6 and Vantage Premium 2.8.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bob,

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the above doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bob,

Please try updating the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to 1.9.5 and clearing your browser cache. That should fix this issue.

Thanks so much Alex. I will run the update and clear cache, and let you know how it goes.

Okay, it’s all good! Didn’t even have to clear cache. It all worked right after updating to 1.9.5. Thank you for your quick response and help. Much appreciated!
