Hello,
when I want to edit text widgets or add new text widgets by means of the editor. The editting window shows up empty even if there alread was a text. The field with the text cannot be clicked and editd – there is only the arrow mouse cursor, when I hoover above the fielD.

Itried deactivating all other plugins, deact./act. siteorigin as well.

Hi Adam,
Hm. Is the Visual Editor disabled for your account? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminUserYour Profile and ensure that the Visual Editor Setting is unticked (ticked means that it’s disabled).
If that doesn’t help, please try viewing the editor once more and then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

Based on the error message, you’re unable to log a few files for some reason. Hm. Are you able to replicate this issue in a different browser? If so, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

thanks for the reply again. MAy it be possible, that reason is that I am connecting from Thailand now, while the webstite was created and runs in Europe? May friend back i Europe said, that he can see and edit the fields normally. I will create the account now.

Oddly, the password creation link in the email isn’t coming through correctly. Do you have any plugins that adjust email output? Sorry about this! Alternatively (as in, you’re not sure), can you set a password and email me the password at Private Snippet.
Location shouldn’t matter, but it does sound like there’s something up with either your browser or computer. Can you replicate this issue in a different browser and if so, how about on a different computer?
