Good day.
The Editor plugin is not displayed correctly. No panel with functions on top. There is a photo, but I can not attach to the question.
Has established Page Builder and set of SiteOrigin widjets. What can be done in this situation? Thank you!
Hi Tatyana
Thanks for posting.
To confirm, the problem occurs with only SiteOrigin plugins activated?
Please, send us the screenshot using: https://imgur.com/. Thanks :)
Hi, Andrew!
Thanks for your feedback.
Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/nFhjc1U.
That’s what the Editor plugin looks like. No panel with options on top.
Thank you!
Thanks. Please, do a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Does the problem resolve in the Editor widget?
No, unfortunately, it didn’t help..
The next troubleshooting step to try would be to temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen and then deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and Widgets Bundle and retest, does the issue persist?
Yes, unfortunately, the problem remains. Currently, I have already finished my site with this problem. While the Editor plugin does not work I still have a question – how can I align the text to the width? The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+alt+j does not work. Thank you!
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
Private Snippet
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
I’ll try. But this site should remain in working order. This is my Customer’s website, and it should not be affected). Is that possible?
If you’d like us to help with the investigation we’d need to run a plugin conflict and theme test. This would temporarily disrupt the site but not for long.
Can you imagine?! I went to do you access as an administrator, and suddenly noticed that the Profile was a tick ” Disable visual editor.” And it was necessary only to remove the tick!! Thank You very much for your patience!
Oh man! Sorry for missing that one. Really glad to hear you found the problem, that’s awesome. Thanks for keeping us updated. All the best!
And thank you very much, and have a nice day!
Thanks for your understanding :) You too. Cheers.
