SiteOrigin Editor not showing Editing Options

3 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 3 years ago

I have a number of sites where I use siteorigin and one of them has lost the ability to use the plug-in.

I no longer have the functionality and have to rely on HTML commands to do what is needed.

How can I fix this issue please

    Hi Roger

    Thanks for posting your question.

Please, try to establish a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder (if in use) and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. With only SiteOrigin Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle activated, does the issue persist?

I Turned all the plug in off except for
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    SiteOrigin CSS
    and still the same issue

Thanks for the update. Please, try extending the test as follows:

Deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder, Widgets, and SO CSS.
Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

    Is the issue persisting?
