SiteOrigin Editor not longer available on pages, posts and courses

Hi, I updated to the latest version today, and when I went to one of my pages, the siteorigin editor tab was gone, same with courses and posts. I have the WordPress Classic Editor installed and running. All I see is code right now.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dsmorales

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Thanks for your reply Andrew. I figured today it is something with the template (Eduma). Everytime I try to edit the Featured Title Area, and the pages that have that option applied, the SiteOrigin builder disappears. I have no idea what I can do since the pages and courses that I have already built are corrupted and I can’t edit them…

Here’s an screenshot of the area that I’m talking about: https://prnt.sc/pwkqc8

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the screenshot.

Please, recreate the issue and check for JavaScript errors in the browser console. Here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If there are errors present please screenshot and send. Hopefully, there is something in there you can send to theme support.

To edit Page Builder content in the interim you might try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen and see if the issue resolves. You can put the site into maintenance mode while you do that if you’d like.

Thank you Andrew. I’m in contact now with the theme support, and just sent them the screenshots.
