SiteOrigin Editor is missing a line of buttons

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Hi there,
I have recently published three very similar websites, using SiteOrigin PageBuilder and Widgets. It is only on the third website, that I noticed that the SiteOrigin Editor has an second line of buttons for font color, special characters etc. This line of buttons is missing on the other two projects! Everything else in these websites is absolutely identical (same theme, same plugins used… )

This is how it looks in the first two websites:

And this is how it should look like, and how it looks in the third website:

How is this happening and how can I fix it in the first two websites?

Thanks,
Astrid

    Hi Astrid

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, try clicking the last button in the first row. In this image https://imgur.com/a/s8qGnAO you can see that button is selected (depressed). Let us know how that goes.

Not at all, the toggle button is easily missed. Glad to hear you’re making progress.

    Cheers for now :)
