I am using eStore Pro from themegrill.com and use their TG Product Carousel in a Siteorigin row. I have a number of these Siteorigin rows on a page and the same TG Product Carousel in each row. Only the first row functions correctly – all subsequent rows have a large product icon and list vertically down the page.
Feedback from Themegrill support is that Siteorign is creating these rows with the same ID – so in essence duplicate ID’s which they say is causing the problem
I can provide a screenshot of the duplicate ID as well as the URL if required

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export of a page with suffering from this issue? To do this please open up the page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io or FireFox Send (FireFox is not required).

I can’t seem to see any usage of a widget called TG Product Carousel. Is the issue you’re having with estore WooCommerce Product Carousel widget? Regardless, this appears to be a general widget issue as the id isn’t being generated by SiteOrigin Page Builder and it’s instead being generated by the plugin itself. Is there a specific reason they provided as why they think this is a Page Builder issue?

It appears they have acknowledged the issue is on their side and not a SiteOrigin issue
