    Hi Dalila,

    This can happen due to a number of reasons. The most common are:

    1. Your From Email Address is different to the domain the email is sent from
    The From Email Adress must be at the same domain the contact form is on. For example, if your contact form is on example.com, your email must be [email protected].

    2. Your From Email Address and To Email Address are the same
    A common spam tactic is to send the email as the person receiving it as “who would blacklist themselves?”. To avoid this, you simply need to ensure the From and to Email Addresses are different.

    3. The server you’re on has been flagged for spam. Sadly this can and will happen with services that provide cheap hosting without many (if any) limitations. As an example, services such as Digital Ocean are commonly affected by this. Your only option is to offload your mail to another party. I would recommend giving this article a quick read.
