Hi there.
I created a Contact Form, put there name, email, theme (dropdown select) and message.
All are required. But, I don’t know why, I select any topic from dropdown menu, and there is always error message (please, select topic). If I unrequired – there is empty space near theme in the letter (which is come to my Email).

Extra question:
Do you know why to my Email come 3 letters from 1 action?
I tried to check Contact Form, put there words and pressed “Send” (1 time), and in my Email there are 3 letters from this 1 action.

P.S. now it works because I switched off “required”.
It sends me contact form, but without theme (even if you chosen).
And there is still 3 letters frome one sending.

There appears to be an issue with the Choose a theme drop down menu. Is that marked as required? I’m not sure why it’s being held up by that field. Perhaps try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once and re-test the form, see if there is any change.
Andrew, I de-activated all plugins, and Contact Form still isn’t wokring…
Yes, now it is marked as “required” and that’s why it doesn’t work… But if I uncheck, it will be work, but in the letter, which will come to my email, there will not be topic…

There is very interesting thing: if I create a new drop down menu, and mark it as “required”, one of them works. I mean, there are 2 dropdown menus marked as required and one of them is working. But when there is only 1 (as I have) – it doesn’t work ;(
