    Thanks for reaching out.

    There, unfortunately, isn’t an HTML field available currently available in the SiteOrigin Contact Form widget. Sorry, I don’t have better news. I know Gravity Forms has an HTML field. I don’t have a free recommendation at the moment, I’d imagine it’s possible with one of the big free contact form plugins.
