Hi,
I uses Bard theme where the Home-page is different from the rest.
The homepage looks fine, but I can’t edit anymore :-(
See this picture: https://lisemulvad.com/siteorigin/
I updated WordPress today, maybe that’s what’s wrong..?
I’ve read similar replies, and it looks like I should disable all plugins and delete + add siteorigin again?
And I can do that without messing other things up??
– I’m not so good with this tech-stuff, so I hope you’ll help me :-)
Best regards, Lise
Hi Lise
Was this page depicted always managed in the Block Editor? If you aren’t actively working in the new Block Editor you might try installing the Classic Editor plugin to see if that helps.
Hi Andrew
Thanks for your reply :-)
Yes, it was always like that, and I didn’t like it, realy :-/
Just now, I tried 2 different Classic Editors, and it worked, except all text disappeared.
Hmm, what to do… I could accept the Classic editor, and re-do the homepage.
It is not that much work.
I’m just wondering, if it is only a temporary solution (with the Claccic editor), or if it will keep on working.
Regards, Lise
You can migrate a page from the Block Editor to the Classic Editor manually but we need the Block Editor working normally first. Please, try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin. Does the issue resolve?
