SiteOrigin and WordPress v6.9 compatibility

24 days ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 24 days ago

I’ve been using Siteorigin with WP for many years. I’ve just been reading some of the forum posts about SO editor issues since WPv6.9 as have hit this problem with one site I’ve updated. The row/blocks/widgets do not appear in the back-end. I’ve been able to temporarily solve by downgrading WP core to 6.8.x, but I wanted to ask is there a roadmap/timeframe for 6.9 SO compatibility moving forwards? Is there a plan in place? Many thanks.

    Hi Chris

    Thanks for posting your question.

We’re not aware of any 6.9 compatibility issues. It would be best to, when able, upgrade and then troubleshoot the issue. I’m not quite sure what you’re seeing so it’s hard to give exact advice. Is the page defaulting to the Block Editor or is there another issue presenting?
