Site works – can’t log in to wp-admin

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

Hello,

My site is up and running. Yeay. But now I can’t log in to my wp-admin. It just displays a white screen.

I have a bad feeling that this is happening because i chose to redirect my site via dns instead of moving it, but then again, the old site was a redirectioning through the ip adress. And back then I could easily log into the admin (not wordpress).
Is there anyway to work around this – or is there anything I’m not seeing here?

    Hi Amalie

Usually the white screen is associated with plugin or memory issues: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-white-screen-of-death/. However in this case it sounds like you’d need to perhaps chat your hosting company and ask them to look at the redirect and see if everything is correct there.
